Content Management
Monitor, update, and edit your web content.
After creating an attractive design, of course you will need the content to fill the different pages. The client can either come up with their own web content or have us come up with the content for them. Even after content has been filled, it must be updated regularly to ensure relevant information is available to visitors.
We offer a beneficial Content Management System where we give clients the ability to edit their web content conveniently without the need of coding or tedious e-mails. Clients will have access to our admin system, where they can simply go in and change their content using an easy user interface. The best part is that this is service is included with every project at no cost.

The Process
Step 1: Content Overview
A review of the web site will be done, where you will let us know what regions of what pages you want to be able to change.
Step 2: Step Up Accessibility
We go into our system and configure the pages/regions that you specified to be editable.
Step 3: Log In & Change
After the regions have been set, you are sent an email notifying you of the ability to now edit your content. With your log-in information, you simply go into our system and select your web site to edit. Within the site you will see the editable pages. Once you select a page it goes on to the specific editable regions.
Step 4: Confirm & Publish
Review the content to make sure that it's the right information and then confirm and publish the changes. The recently changed content will automatically be updated to your site and ready for viewing.
Client Management Process
Step 1: Contents Overview
Research what other companies are placing on their site. The good and bad content.
Step 2: Market Evaluation
Determine your target market language. This is important so that your visitors will understand your content, and aren't looking at a dictionary on every other word.
Step 3: Content Revision
We have two qualified content editing professionals that will proofread the content to make sure all the T's and I's are crossed and dotted.

Step 4: Review Search Engine Compliance
In the last phase, we will review the content to be sure that your web site meets all standards and requirements.
