Business Plans & Marketing Plans are the bibles for your business. Having the proper plans enables you to make great decisions regarding your business.

Business Plan

A business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, the reasons why they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals. It may also contain background information about the organization or team attempting to reach those goals. Nonetheless, a standard business plan contains factors as such explanatory segments of financial analysis, forecasts, products or services, management team, and the company.

Marketing Plan

A marketing plan is a written document that details the necessary actions to achieve one or more marketing objectives. Using more than one marketing vehicle (for example: flyers, web site, and radio commercial in a combination) ensures success! It is an essential document for both large corporate marketing departments and for start-up businesses.

Business Planning

The Process

  • Step 1: Executive Summary

We will gather information regarding the history and experience of your business. Our goal at this point is to create an Executive Summary which is a brief statement that sums up the purpose of your company/service.

  • Step 2: Finances

A review of previous year(s) finances, which may include: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial statements. This gives us realist financial goals for the company as far as the company budget, payroll, and marketing investments.

  • Step 3: Market Evaluation

At this point, we will conduct extensive research on your competitors. What are they doing right/wrong? What separates you from them or them from you? How much can your local market afford to spend?

  • Step 4: Goals

Set company goals, such as standards, financial goals, and employee hiring procedures.

  • Step 5: Presentation

Present business/marketing plan to external users (banks, investors, partners, etc).
